Are you annoyed when someone says they're a "insert particular branch of" Christian when...?
Denominationalism seems to do more harm to Christianity than good. For one, it's the example they are setting for the world, that Christians can't get their message straight, they quibble with one another over the interpretation of Scripture, when only the Holy Spirit can interpret, and you will know that when you receive Him. Jesus said the world will know us by our love for one another. I wish Christians would realize we are all dearly loved by Jesus, therefore we should also love other Christians who are our brothers and sisters. Jesus said in His Father's house there are many mansions, so we are of one house, but there is room for different mansions. Where two or three are gathered together, there is Jesus in their midst. Find one or two Christian friends, and become a church, Jesus will make you grow like a g on the vine. He is the vine. Believe together in His Word, He is the God who has created this great universe we see through Hubble's eye. His word is absolute truth, though we don't quite completely understand it at first, but we believe it and it is true. Follow Him, and He will restore complete sight to us who are blind, saying we see. In Jesus' Love.
