Can you gain weight from eating ALL this today?
Dieting is a mistake. Don't count your calories if you are trying to lose weight (though counting calories is very effective for gaining weight). You'll be better off if you stop worrying about how much. Start worrying about your food quality. Eat whole wheat flour only, no more white flour. Don't eat sugar (no sucrose, glucose, corn syrup, etc). And finally don't eat fried foods. So back to what you ate today. Your fiber muffin may have had white flour and sugar, chips were fried, pretzels are made with white flour, garlic bread has white flour, jello too much sugar, carrot cake has white flour and sugar, cookies have white flour and sugar, and seirra mist has high fructose corn syrup. The salsa, guakamole, artichoke dip, and salad sound good. Cut out white flour, sugar, and fried foods and you'll be healthier and lose weight without going hungry.
