Emergency help with my flash drive!!?

I have a Kingston 2GB flash drive. Up until tonight it was working fine. Now when I plug it in the computer does not even read it, nothing pops up. I have tried it on 3 different computers, I have a ton of important files on it! I have taken it out of its caddy, is there anything I can do to recover my files?!
