Fallout 3 ending help?

ive tried all 4 endings for fallout (i acvtivate purifier, lyons does, i activate with virus, lyons activates with virus.) every ending is the same and it wont let me live i wanna be able to still run around and do quests. and does anyone know if trophies will come out for it...
