How could I regain the strength of my knee joint after breaking masturbation?

I cannot think of any correlated bearings that suggest that neither masturbation could result in loss of sight nor brittleness in bones. However, to achieve a greater strength in bone density, one might want to add a daily health regimen of 3 gles of milk coupled with 30 minutes of stairwell climbing and descending.
