I think I may have an emergency?

I recently heard that sphincter muscle (rectum) can expand a great deal so i was expirementing with a light bulb and it is stuck in my rectum and I am very scared to take it out in case of it shattering. Too embared to go to the ER. Has anyone ever tried this and what do I do
