Is epsom salt same as sea salt that would be used for piercing soaking fluid?

I was just wondering because I have been everywhere and I cannot find any sea salt like everyone refers to for making soak water for my industrial piercing. I find epsom salt everywhere and that is it. Is it the same thing? Where can I get sea salt at? I have been to Kroger's and Wal Mart in my town and that is about the only thing we got. I don't think Target would have it.
