Please help me with my chicken pox?

Fish oil pills should have no affect on the chicken pox but might make your acne worse in some cases. I don't think the chicken pox themselves would make acne worse. It could be you are having an outbreak just because you are ill - not because of the chicken pox or the fish oil. There is no way to tell.
