Should I feel guilty for receiving all these fine newborn gifts?

I am a full time student and I signed up for an Adopt A Family charity project my school does. Essentially someone adopts somebody less fortunate and gets them presents for the holidays. Anyways i signed up and i didn't want anything for myself but I wrote down everything I could think of for my baby (im due in 6 weeks) And just last friday I received MOUNDS of clothing, a stroller, a car seat, a baby swing, feeding pillows, diaper bag, hi chair, 130.00 cash, and a 200.00 fred meyer gift card! They also informed me they were getting me a crib and that they were going to come before my little one arrives and set it up, and they already gave me everything for the crib minus the mattress and crib itself! I was stunned to say the least. I couldn't believe I was getting all these beautiful gifts. So should I feel guilty? All of these were from some of my teachers, and other faculty members.. I feel guilty because I know that i should be buying this on my own, but I feel so blessed that they were given to me.. I wrote them a nice thank you card and gave them chocolates but i feel like i should do something more to give back.
