Ugh MORE Problems....?

Most of you know about my horse colicing yesterday afternoon well the vet came out used oil and he was fine. Any I stayed with him for awhile and he was fine. Well we fed him he started acting sick again kicking up at his stomach and rolling we walked him around and had diarriah. We decided to move him to our friends so he could be in a pasture and be watched all day. Anyway he was laying down but we fed him at night very little and started to lay down and kicking up his stomach but he was not thrashing i called the vet and vet said if he gets worse bring him in. its sunday and after hours anyway i checked on him an hour later and he was laying rolling around so i took him in the vet he had diarriah vet listened to his gut they sound good and he is going potty. The vet said to leave him there at night and they will let me know in the morning. I am so worried anyway until i hear from vet tomorrow could this still be colic even tho he is going number two what else could it be???? He wanted to eat but he layed down while he was eating so i took his food away which i feel so bad but vet told me on the phone to do so. What do you think it could be? I know you can tell with out seeing him but could it still be colic?
