What is wrong with my Kingdom Hearts Re:COM? ?

OK somethings wrong with my version. I get into Traverse town, Donald Goofy are gone. And then i learn about the card But right when it shows the Donald card it gives it to me automatically!!!! And I can only move!!!! And it never Changes. What should I do?
