What's the movie I'm remembering?

3 orphans were left to a gambler. ALL he wanted to do was gamble his way to New Orleans before winter set in. But he was quick talked by their (uncle?) into accepting some valuables coming on the stagecoach. Little did he know the valuables were 3 orphans. The middle child didn't like to be touched, & would kick whoever touched him. I also remember the girl would have what turned out to be phrase repeated throughout the movie. "I gotta go."
