When will the Yankees realize that they can't buy championships?

They're paying CC Sabathia $23 million per year, and he'll be lucky to do as good as Mussina did last year. They're giving Burnett over $16 million per year, and he has an injury history. Alex Rodriguez can't produce in October. Just look at last year. They didn't even make the playoffs. Finally, they have no farm system. What do you guys think?
