Why wont my baby eat lumpier solids?

hi, my daughter is now 7 months old, she has only been on solids since she was 6 months old, so not long, but i thought i would try her on the next sized jar up, the one for her age group , but all she does is stick her tongue out or spit it out n blow raspberry's at me! I have brought her the dinners to try. she has farrex with a custard and hot water of a Morning, a custard at lunch and what ever her dad gives her at night, (i work nights and have a feeling that he just gives her custard cause she easily eats it! dads!). so is it the lumps in the food that she doesn't like or is that she has a sweet tooth and likes to just be able to swallow her food with out effort?
