Any ideas for redecorating a bedroom?

okay so i want to redecorate my room because it is a little too kiddish.... i really like black and white but i also want to incorporate fashion pictures (dresses etc.) , a chandelier type light and some type of couch does anyone know of any good places where to get the bed spread or pictures (or any suggestions for designing the room)?
