Can I do 50 pushups by friday?

do pushups with a loaded backpack on. strap it on tight so it doesnt flop around. when you are doing pushups with your own wieght, it is hard to be able to do them for longer because you are only doing strength stuff. then, the next morning, stretch and use 10-20 lb dumbells in both hands and do as many bench press type things you can do without stopping. This will help your endurance. On friday, you will think you weigh 5 lbs. Just do more backpack pushups whenever you aren't doing something urgent. remember to stretch a lot. and like the other people said, rest on thursday. you want AT LEAST 24 hours before you do another pushup on friday. You should really wait 48, but youre crunched for time. Just do a lot of arm stretches. Crunches and situps will also help because your abs will get tired in the middle. Do some backpack pushups where you rest on your elbows for as long as possible.
