Can YOU tell me where to find my family's Christmas miracle? About congestive heart failure?

My 74 year old grandmother has congestive heart failure and is too weak to undergo anesthesia, so no heart transplant. TWICE (most recently Thursday) we thought she was ping away and she rebounded and shocked everyone. Including her doctors who gave her 3-5 years to live 10 years ago. I've spent the past 5 years searching everywhere for a new treatment, only to get about 10 false leads of stem cells (she can't travel to Thailand to get them) and other things. Is there anything new or unconventional that you know of that could help her? Open to everything and anything.
