Could something be wrong, I fell on my stomach and I am about 3 months pregnant. ?

so this is my third pregnancy and i never fell before my two daughters were in there room and i had tucked them so they could go to sleep and i was in my room on the left side of the bed just lying down since i was so tired on the right side of the bed there was a 2 Lg bags bags of clothes christmas present and my oldest daughter comes inside the room slamming the door yelling that my 2 yr old was choking on something had something in her mouth i did not think i got scared and tried to jump the bags on the right side so i could get there faster since the door was close to the right side of the bed but my feet got stuck and landed straight in my stomach i could not get up for a bit but then i felt no pain or nothing but the next day i had so much pain in my back on my sides of the stomach my arms i called kaiser to get a nurse advice and said there were going to call they haven't yet. should i go to the doctors. Anyways there was nothing wrong with my 2 yr my oldest thought she was choking cause she was coughing and had something in her mouth
