Has anybody ever played Kings Cribbage?

It is a combination of Cribbage and Scrabble, except the tiles show up as the faces of the cards (2 decks) and not letters and you basically play it like cribbage, trying to get the best of 15's or runs and pairs, etc. and you can make your moves off the other opponent's play.
