Hi I am a eighteen year old female. I Just taking the medicine Amox stronger then amoxicillin so here?

I have recently started bruising easily. Mostly on my legs. No nosebleeds. What does this mean? The brusises are mostly small the size of a quarter on the legs, then I have this one big one. I have no clue where they came from. Is it the medicine, I don't think it is. I dont know if this just part of signs of anemia or blood clots or something please help.
