How can you feel this way about abortion...?

I can't justify elective abortion in cases of irresponsible ual behaviour, but I can justify theutic abortion as even the Catechism of the Catholic Church acknowledges that there are cirstances when the decision to terminate a pregnancy which threatens the life of the mother is reasonable as well as termination of a fetus that has an anomaly that's incompatible with life, e.g. anencephaly (no brain).
