How do I find help with Christmas for my 2 girls?My husband is mentally retarded due to accident.I'm worried.?

I have two daughters Rebecca 14 and Cheyenne 6.My husband is mentally disabled and unable to work.Hes a wonderful dad but is unable to read or write due to Fetal alcohol syndrome.He also had severe head trama in a car accident.We struggle daily to get by,my kids have had to live days at a time with no power,water,heat,etc.they deserve Christmas.We feel alot of guilt because our kids are so wonderful and understanding.They do not try to make us feel bad for the things we can not give them.It just costs so much to live there never seems to be any extra for them.My best gift would be to see them smile and be surprised,carefree for once,Thanks for listening,God Bless!And Happy Holidays to everyone....
