How to get an article published in a magazine or newspaper?

That's a really short article. In my school newspaper an opinion article like that would have to be two pages in columns. The LA teen newspaper requires me to write at least 2000 words for an article. But anyways try looking around the library or asking ur english teacher if there is a teen newspaper place near your city. I'm sure there is- just sign up and start writing.
