HOw to get a job in banking/audit/finance......pls help?

hi........i have an exp of 10 years in credit & 5 years in audit dept,(BANKING SECTOR) and 5 years in Accounting, finance. Presently, I am working as Relationhip Manager - Credit in a reputed bank, india. iam 46. I have applied for several jobs through various jobsites. i dod not get any results. how to get a job which suits to my work exp. pls help.pls help.pls help
