I need help converting an .iso ?

i have been trying to figure this out and it doesnt seem to be working for me i have tryed the tutorials but they seem to be a little of the topic and don't explain the process well enough for me to covert my iso video to a mp4 does any one have a textual instruction on how to convert my iso to a mp4
