Go to a shop that repairs windshields on cars, and find out the type of epoxy that they use to fix windshields. Superglue will not do it. There is glue that is used to glue rear view mirrors to the windshield of cars, that might work, and I believe that it is clear, but ask at an automobile parts store and make sure. You can purchase glue that is specifically for gl, but it did not work very well on crystal ornaments.
