I seriously need some dieting advice?

21 pounds! Nice!!! I think you've realized that keeping weight off is all about making lifestyle changes. It's okay to indulge once in awhile, you'll just be miserable if you can NEVER have those almond clusters, you know? You can't gain weight because of something you ate in one day, trust me. During Christmas, allow yourself to eat some goodies, and just keep exercising! Try to increase your time, tempo, or resistance on the elliptical to burn more calories. The important thing is to not tell yourself, "well, since I just ate 5 cookies, I messed everything up and I might as well have 20 more." Good luck! You're doing great already
