If i was discharded during boot camp can i still join?

on my paper work it says i cant. but i was wondering if there might be a waiver. if i got tested again and it proved to be wrong. i was entry level discharged in the navy for having ceiliac disease. i was in boot camp for a month and a half. i am in perfect health. but in my medical records it says i have celiac disease(a stomach disease). i think if i get a colonoscopy and it shows that i do not have it then i would be able to try and rejoin. i am sure there is a waiver for this. its not like i smoked pot or hit a rdc.
