Is it possible to ride my scooter all the way to SC? ?

To avoid the many of expenses of planning a trip, I have decided to forego the train ride, the hostel, the meals and everything else. I think I will ride up there on my scooter. I will be leaving from Savannah, GA to get to Charleston, SC. I will merely ride around for a couple hours and depart. My question is, is this possible? My scooter is an 80cc Honda Elite.
