My American Apparel Jacket Smells?

I was washing my Red Fleece American Apparel jacket in the bathroom. And it was week. So then...... people did their business and now it smells. And I washed it again, About 3 times, and i sprayed it with FaBreeze. Its dry but i wanna get the smell out. I have to wash it by hand in cold water. Help ME!
