My Son IS AFRAID OF FOOD! How can i feed him?

My 16 year old son Lance is terrified of food. I think he may have a phobia, he screams loudly in terror, he either tries to escape or trows the meal in a defensive way. It is very embarring when we are in public when he lobs his entire meal across the restaurant then dives for cover under a table occupied by unsuspecting people. Then freak out and throw their food across the room. How do i feed my baby Briggs
