Okay, im having an issue, answer asap!?

okay. i have some type of pelvic infection im on an anti inflammatory and an antibiotic medicine its not contagious to the guy as i have been told, and ever since i got the shots and the medication, ive been okay. yesterday i had and today ive been really sore and had this weird brownish clear discharge? he didn't use a condom, but im on birth control. what is this? im freaking out. btw, he isn't experiencing any differences, no symptoms or like, problems.
