Rate my newly improved monarch/synchro deck?

Your deck looks much better than before. I think you really need 3 Emergency Teleports for a quick Synchro. Take out 3 Dekoichi the Battlechanted Locomotive and put in 3 Destiny Hero - Malicious. If you really want draw power, you need Destiny Draw or Allure of Darkness. Your deck really doesn't require cards to be in the graveyard, so no Phoenix Wing Wind Blast, put in Mirror Force and Dimensional Prison. Take out 1 Reasoning and put in a Smashing Ground or a Shrink.
