What does this dream mean?

I had a dream the other night that's been bugging me because I'm not sure what it means. In my dream, I watched a snake swallow another, smaller, snake whole. Then, I picked up the cannibalistic serpent and ate it. Realizing what I had done I vomited, but only the small snake came out. Anyone good at interpreting dreams?
