XBOX 360 repair status?

you should have let them send out the shipping box from the repair center..they include a shipping label and box that you are supposed to use to ship the console back..thats how they know what tracking # you have...all xbox consoles are shipped to a repair center in texas...they use UPS and their tracking system...hope this works out for you...btw it only took me a week & a half to get my box back
