Can i get pregnant??? how many days should i wait to know?

hi! im 23 & engaged. me & my fiance have unprotected dec.13 and today im having this milk like wetness on my panties. do you think i have a good chance of getting pregnant?? how many daysdo i have to wait to know if im pregnant or not?? thanks in advance!!
