Does this mean I am going to have to wear a uniform?

Nothing about that seems to say that you would be wearing a uniform, just they are changed some of the rules in the dress code. For the sake of saying it though, uniforms are kind of nice. I wore them up until my junior year of HS (I changed schools), it just makes things easier. You don't need to worry about picking out outfits or what matches what. You just roll out of bed at whatever god awful hour you have to wake up at for school and throw on a clean one. No one looks stupid in the uniform because everyone else is wear it to.
