How do I block the draft from a closed window?

Ok I rent part of a duplex from a textbook absentee landlady, I put up with things here and there and in return Landlady keeps the rent cheap to make up for it. Problem is we got a rare cold snap here with snow and etc and this window by my bedroom keeps streaming in icy cold air despite the window being completely shut. I never opened this window and it looks too screwed up to even open correctly. I can see that the weatherstripping is absent on it but what can I do for the short term to block the chill from it? I figure it has been like this the whole time since I moved in but it took these temperatures to make it noticeable.
