How do I get my mother to smoke outside?

My mother quit smoking for about 14 days then started back up again. I get migraines so she promised me she and her husband would smoke outside. Well, tonight they said that they cannot smoke outside because it is cold. I told her that if she didn't smoke she wouldn't have that problem. Being around cigarette smoke gives me terrible migraines, ones that a lot of times prevent me from going to school. I would think that she could be courteous enough to smoke outside knowing that I get headaches but smokers only think about themselves as far as I am concerned. Does anyone have any advice on what I can do to try and convince her to smoke outside so I don't miss school? Thanks in advance.
