I found toxic-wow developer he is now in KAMICAL-WOW?

I looked everywhere on that site and including the forums and saw no where that the Toxic Wow dev is working with them. I would like to ask that you please don't keep answering other peoples questions saying this is the new toxic wow because it doesn't say it on the site. You are giving them wrong answers.
