I have a bump on the bottom inner lip that builds up puss like fluid that i pop every other how can it go awa?

It is called a mucocele. It is essentially a small salivary gland that gets blocked up and fills with fluid .It is totally harmless. However to get rid of it permanently requires a minor surgery.
