I have peraneal nerve palsy. Just wanted to know if anybody else has this problem. I have numbness in my top?

toes and pain in my ankle and lower leg. How long will this last or is it something that might not get better. I have been to a neurologist. i also have some numbness in my heel doc said its not related to my condition. any info will be helpful.
