I want to buy a new handset for my reliance connection. Which would be a better option?

I want the following features in my set: Bluetooth, Camera (2 megapixel), MP3 player and Expandable Memory. I have used only Nokia sets till now, so I don't know about the performance of LG, Samsung and Motorola handsets. Please help me out.
