Is the unibody Macbook at 2.4GHz significantly faster than 2.0Ghz?

I'm trying to decide if I should pay the extra $250 a faster processor, illuminated keyboard, and larger hard drive. The most important of these (for me) is the processor speed. Will I notice a difference? Thanks.
