Serious acne NEED HELP fast?

iv had acne for as long as i remember and is getting worse its all along my face, back, chest, shoulders and im getting some on my legs!!! is this even acne?? how can i get rid of it iv tried proactive, clean and clear and more i cant remember. i wash my face 2 to 3 tomes a day. whats wrong? i need help badly
