Why the rush to eliminate Gov. Blagojevich without a trial? ?

The loss of your job is NOT the same thing as being jailed without trial. Many public forms of employment are subject to conduct rules and the simple accusation (especially with the tapes...) could warrant his losing his position. Presumption of innocence is reserved for use in criminal law. Guilty or innocent...they can fire the guy.
