Will this mother board be able to run pcie video cards?

The motherboard will run PCI-express video cards and take more than 4GB RAM. However, Windows XP 32-bit will not see all 4GB. It'll only use about 3.5GB or so. You don't really need more than 3GB even for gaming nowadays.
