How to treat l yeast? plz help?

Im having a l yeast for a couple of months and I tried to treat it using anti fungal cream but it didn't work. the problem is that i cant insert the applicator deeply cause i feel pain! and ultimately the cream cant go deeply to treat the yeast! what other alternative for the applicator is available?
