Is it more common to see s who are feminine than gays who are manly most of gays are effeminate why?

well in gay men are masculine but in real life for me are not manly and s lately are more showing less butch and more effeminate why is that? and in real life it's kinda true even I have seen s even they are effeminate.. they walk like men.. I don't know but people around me say they are s as well the guys the other clroom are effeminate.. and people say they are gays.. well there are two guys who are like that and I asked once to a guy from that clroom how do you know if they are gay? he says look at them.. they act effeminate or weird.. they are not males.. so I don't know how this stereotype comes to their minds of straight people.. I can find something true..
